These are the answers to the questions we are most frequently asked about eXpresso pricing. To subscribe to eXpresso, sign in to your eXpresso account and click on the "Buy Now" button. If you have any questions or would like to provide us with additional feedback, simply contact eXpresso.
What is included with my Subscription?
eXpresso users can take advantage of every feature of eXpresso including; storage of an unlimited number of files, audit trail and file history, advanced regional sharing, timed alerts and the Add-in for Excel. Users who do not subscribe to eXpresso following their free trial period will be able view files that they have uploaded or files that have been shared by other users, but will not be able to upload and share new files or edit any files.
How do I subscribe to eXpresso?
If you have an eXpresso account, sign in and select the "My Account" link at the top of the screen. Then click on the Go Pro button. If you do not have an account register and then choose Go Pro.
Who should subscribe to eXpresso?
Everyone who will need to upload, share or edit files following their 14-day free trial should choose to "Buy Now." Users who need only to view files can do so for free.
May I purchase a Pro account for someone else?
Absolutely. We understand that businesses may want to consolidate billing or benefit from volume pricing. Here's how you can purchase Pro accounts for someone else: Step 1. Sign into eXpresso and go to your My Account screen.
Step 2. Select the group plan that best suits your needs.
Step 3. Purchase the plan and assign accounts to the users you would like to manage.
Do you offer discounts for groups?
Sure, additional discounts may be available. Please send a Group Sales Request to inquire about special rates for groups of 15 users or more.
Do you offer an enterprise solution?
Although most people use eXpresso’s hosted solution, a self hosted “behind the firewall” version of eXpresso is available for large organizations who prefer to host the solution themselves. For more information, please contact us.
How many spreadsheets can I store in eXpresso?
eXpresso subscribers can store as many files as they would like. There is no limit to the number of spreadsheets or the total amount of storage space for each user. Users who do not subscribe after their 14 day free trial will not be able to upload new files.
I have been using eXpresso during my free trial and have uploaded files. Will I loose my files after the trial period ends?
No. You will still be able to view or download your files, but you will need to subscribe to eXpresso to edit the files or upload any additional spreadsheets.
I have been using the Add-in for Excel. Do I need to be a subscriber to access my spreadsheets with the Add-in?
Yes. The Add-in for Excel is part of the eXpresso subscription package.
Can an eXpresso subscriber share spreadsheets with others who have not subscribed?
Sure. Users who have not subscribed after their trail period will be able to accept and view the shared file. However, they will need to subscribe to edit your files.
What is your cancellation policy?
When you subscribe to eXpresso you can choose to have your monthly or annual subscription renew automatically or you can choose to pay for just one year or one month. If you select a subscription that renews automatically and decide that you wish to end the subscription, just access your "Payment History" and unselect the automatic renewal box.
