What are the differences between the free version and eXpresso Pro?
The following chart illustrates the features that are only available in eXpresso Pro.
How do I sign up for eXpresso Pro?
If you have an eXpresso account, sign in and select the "My Account" link at the top of the screen. Then click on the Go Pro button. If you do not have an account register and then choose Go Pro.
Who should choose eXpresso Pro?
Users who will be storing large numbers of spreadsheets and those who require use of the Plug-in for Excel as well as those who want access to advanced tracking and audit capabilities should choose eXpresso Pro. Additionally, if you prefer working over an https:// secure connection, eXpresso Pro is right for you.
Do you offer discounts for large groups?
Yes. Just send an email to groups@expressocorp.com and we will contact you to discuss the needs of your organization.
How many spreadsheets can I store in eXpresso?
eXpresso Pro users can store as many spreadsheets as they would like. There is no limit to the number of spreadsheets or the total amount of storage space for each user. Users who choose the free version of eXpresso can upload up to 5 spreadsheets. The number of spreadsheets others share with you is not limited.
What are the security differences between the free version and eXpresso Pro?
eXpresso takes security seriously for all of our users. eXpresso implements an advanced security method based on dynamic data and encoded session identifications, and hosts the Site in a secure server environment that uses a firewall and other advanced technology to prevent interference or access from outside intruders. eXpresso provides unique user names and passwords that must be entered each time a customer logs on. These safeguards help prevent unauthorized access, maintain data accuracy, and ensure the appropriate use of Data. All users have the added protection of Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology that protects information using both server authentication and data encryption to help ensure that Data is safe, secure, and available only to you.
I have been using eXpresso and have more than 5 spreadsheets uploaded. Will I loose my spreadsheets after the beta period ends?
No. You will still be able to access and share your spreadsheets, but you will need to choose eXpresso Pro to upload any additional spreadsheets.
I have been using the Plug-in for Excel. Do I need to be a Pro user to access my spreadsheets with the Plug-in?
Yes. The Plug-in for Excel is part of the eXpresso Pro package.
Can an eXpresso Pro user share spreadsheets with others who are using the free version?
Sure. Free users will be able to accept, view and edit shared spreadsheets. They can also store up to 5 of their own spreadsheets.
What is your cancellation policy?
When you register for eXpresso Pro you can choose to have your monthly or annual subscription renew automatically or you can choose to pay for just one year or one month. If you select a subscription that renews automatically and decide that you wish to cancel the subscription, just send an email to support@expressocorp.com and we will cancel your subscription before the next billing cycle.
