Software Requirements

Odds are you already have what you need. eXpresso is a hosted application, which means all you need to use eXpresso is a Microsoft Office® license and the Internet Explorer® browser with an Internet connection.  When you sign into eXpresso for the first time, you will be prompted to download the eXpresso Office Controller.  There is no additional software to install on your desktop, unless you would like to edit your files directly from your desktop using the eXpresso Add-in.

Windows

eXpresso is compatible with Windows XP and Vista.  At this time, eXpresso is not supported for the Mac OS.

Office

eXpresso is compatible with Office 2003 and 2007. eXpresso supports .xls, .doc and .ppt files.  Therefore, users of Office 2007 will need to save their files as Office 97-2003 Files before uploading them to eXpresso.

Internet Explorer

eXpresso currently requires Internet Explorer 6.0 or later for full functionality. 

Firefox

Firefox users can download the IE tab for Mozilla/Firefox by taking the following action:

Step 1:

Download & Install IE Tab Version 1.3.3.20070528 for Firefox: https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addons/versions/1419

Step 2:

Add the following URL to your IE Tab options in Firefox (In Firefox go to Tools==>IE Tab Options): https://my.expressofiles.com/*

Chrome

Chrome users can enable to the IE extension by going to: chrome://extensions/.  Then click Enable for the IE extension.  This will ad an IE icon to the browser's toolbar. 

When you are on a page (i.e. eXpresso) and want to run in IE, just click this icon.

Registration

eXpresso takes just minutes to set up and requires no training. Simply register and get your free trial account now. Enter a valid email address and the password of your choice. Select the box to agree to the terms of service by clicking on the "Create My Account" button. You will receive an email that will validate your email address and provide you with a link to login to eXpresso. It is also a good idea to begin by taking the eXpresso Product Tour.

Security is a Priority

eXpresso has measures in place to help protect against the loss, misuse, and alteration of the data under our control. eXpresso implements an advanced security method based on dynamic data and encoded session identifications, and hosts the Site in a secure server environment that uses a firewall and other advanced technology to prevent interference or access from outside intruders. eXpresso provides unique user names and passwords that must be entered each time a customer logs on. These safeguards help prevent unauthorized access, maintain data accuracy, and ensure the appropriate use of data.  In addition, eXpresso uses Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology as an additional level of assurance.
