Setting Access Controls
Control access to your spreadsheets by assigning or revoking access privileges as needed.
eXpresso allows you to view who has access to your spreadsheets (file view) or which spreadsheets a user has access to (user view). This allows a spreadsheet owner to easily see the access control status and make adjustments.
All access controls are logged in the database and can be reviewed later by date/time and user. This allows you to see not only who has access to your spreadsheets today, but who had access 6 months ago. When rights are taken away from a user, the new access status is reflected immediately.
