• Define how each person can interact with a single file instead of creating multiple files for each person.
• Customize how a file will display for each person. (e.g. Hide xls columns G-L from user1, don't show Sheet 3 for user 2, Only show ppt slides 4, 9, 12-20 for user3, etc.)
• Isolate a person's edits to a specific portion of the file. (e.g. User1 can only edit rows 9-30, User2 can only update slides 4-6, User3 cannot edit sheets 2 or 3)
