Real-Time Viewing and Editing

Once your files are shared, they may need to change. In fact, often times people share files because they specifically want feedback or need other people to make changes. This is where traditional file sharing services fail.

• No more downloading then re-uploading new versions simply to update the file being shared.
• No more storing duplicate versions of a file on your desktop every time you make a change.
• No more read-only lockouts. Allow multiple people to open a file at the same time.

With eXpresso, all assigned individuals will be able to access the same file at the same time. (Note: Files are never publicly accessible with a Web address.) People who have been given editing rights may update the file on the fly, and anyone who has it open will immediately see the changes. You can also create Save Points in case you need to rollback to an earlier instance of the file. All file activities are archived in its File History, and you can even track changes down to the cell level.
