Receive File Activity Alerts

Once you have shared a spreadsheet, you can set up alerts to receive an email notification when a user takes a particular action on your spreadsheet.

Set alerts to be notified when your collaborators accept, edit or download your spreadsheet. Email alerts will be sent to your standard email client.

eXpresso also allows you to set alerts down to the cell-level using the "Track Cells" feature. This will not only notify the spreadsheet owner when changes are made to a spreadsheet, but also who made the changes, when these changes were made, and what the pre- and post-change data values are.
