Organizing Your Files

eXpresso provides several ways to categorize, organize and mark your spreadsheets.

Use Tags to categorize files by assigning them a customizable tag such as "Forecasts" or "Budgets", then filter your spreadsheet list by selecting the tag name from the search drop-down box.

You can also add Notes to each spreadsheet to more specifically describe what its purpose is, version number, details of what changes have been made, etc.

Folders are also provided for organizing your spreadsheets in the more traditional way.
